Competition introduction
The ISSCY United Nations High School Humanities and Social Sciences Writing Competition is a research and academic activity for high school students around the world. It is co-sponsored and sponsored by the World Federation of United Nations Associations (WFUNA), YOUTHECA USA and other global non-governmental organizations. A highly competitive event, this academic activity is difficult, and the selection process is rigorous and long. The purpose of this academic event is to promote the study of humanities and social sciences among secondary school students around the world.
ISSCY invites young thinkers to submit their research papers for consideration by a jury. Students in the preliminary round need to submit a proposal. If selected, they will be invited to participate in the final to submit the full text of the paper. After careful selection by internationally renowned judges, more than 80 young researchers will be given the opportunity to publish their work in the ISSCY online magazine.

ISSCY United Nations High School Humanities and Social Sciences Writing Competition-Submit
The winning student's work can be published in ISSCY's online magazine! The competition is difficult, the selection process is strict, and the cycle is long. Only about 80 research papers from around the world were selected!
Competition process
Proposals will be submitted in the preliminary round. After passing the preliminary round, the full text of the paper will be submitted in the final. After careful screening by internationally renowned judges, more than 80 contestants will publish their works in the ISSCY online magazine.
Preliminary round submission requirements
Submissions that do not meet the format and submission guidelines and requirements will be disqualified!
The proposal should not exceed 500 words:
The proposal should include the research topic, the intended research method, and some relevant information about how you came up with the idea of researching the topic;
Express the purpose of the research as clearly as possible and demonstrate the points of your proposed research that are worthy of publication;
PDF format:
Use 12-point Times New Roman font, single spacing, and normal margins;
The file must be named: ISSCY_Preliminary_name_school_grade.

All humanities and social sciences content is open to submission
Including but not limited to: Humanities: classics, history, literature, linguistics, performing arts, philosophy, religion, anthropology, music; Social Sciences: sociology, international relations, economics, public policy, psychology, education, communication , public health, law, journalism, environmental policy, business.
